Sean was great and worked hard to meet a deadline I imposed to get his bid. He communicated... promptly and pleasantly once he arrived. He answered all my questions. He deserves 5 stars for his work. Setting up the time for his arrival involved my self and an agent. The agent spoke with Overall last and believed the tech would arrive > 2 hours earlier than he did. When I set up the inspection I was told the “inspection fee would be waived”. Sean advised me of > $800 fee to scope the sewer line before he did so. In hindsight, scoping for free seemed too good to be true. $800 + seemed steep for a long term, loyal customer who has sent several new customers to Overall through the years. The discrepancy in arrival time and high fee for scope, are why 4 stars r/t 5.read more
