We just contracted with Overall Plumbing to overhaul our drain and filter system for our home... water. We called them in the morning. By midday, Dustin showed up to review our situation. Dustin was very thorough at explaining the necessary repairs needed. Within a couple of hours, he had the old system removed and was installing the new system. By late afternoon the whole job was complete. Not only were we very satisfied with the new system, the area was left immaculate.We would like to thank Overall Plumbing for their rapid response to this large plumbing job and the expertise that was shown by Dustin.Overall Plumbing provided prompt service, quality work and affordable price in one day service. Recently, I thought I might have an immediate need for a plumber to come to my home. I noticed a... "bump" as I stepped onto my kitchens' wooden floor. I called Overall Plumbing & without delay Sean was dispatched as evening approached. Mind you, there was no visible sign of water anywhere that would lead me to believe that this "bump" under one wooden panel in my kitchens wooden flooring was due to a possible water leak. Sean wasted no time in arriving on time at my home. One of many things I sincerely appreciated when I called Overall Plumbing. I'd asked for a plumber & was never told by the scheduler when I called Overall Plumbing, "Well, you'll need to wait 1-2 weeks before we can get a plumber out to your home." I received exceptional response time. Sean arrived quickly & evaluated that this "bump" in my wooden kitchen flooring was due to a water leak. Nothing was visible. Needless to say, I was sick hearing that news. It originated from the "inside portion of the faucet" that has a pull-down feature. This pull-down feature had frayed internally over time resulting in its outside covering to tear over time. This frayed covering allowed water to migrate downward & travel under a good portion of my newer wooden flooring. The leak was NOT visible when just looking at the faucet feature.I need to share what a wonderful person & highly skilled plumber Sean is. He is delightful to interface with. He doesn't waste a customers time. Sean is respectful & works hard to eliminate the problem so no further damage can continue. Most importantly to me is that Sean is an honest man. He tells you straight, is a professional & offers remedies to solve the problem. Sean closed off all water supply valves for my kitchen faucet. On Friday Sean returned & Chris also came. These two highly skilled plumbers make a good team. Regrettably, this silent water leak traveled into several rooms, & under my newer wooden flooring of my house. This is first time the Homeowners Insurance has had to be used. I am greatful to have a good policy.Without any hesitation Overall Plumbing will be the plumbing company I go to for any future plumbing needs. I'm hoping you'll trust my opinion & recommendation. You will sincerely appreciate how they Sean & Chris conduct themselves, evaluate a plumbing problem & most importantly how they resolve & remedy a plumbing problem.
